We’ve introduced the Bcc Email feature, which is essentially the ability to forward the messages you want to see in the CRM to a dedicated email address.
This is typically a basic feature that we’ve omitted until now, but it’s convenient for those who, for any reason, don’t want or can’t sync an IMAP account. With the Bcc Email feature, you achieve the same result of having relevant emails automatically linked to contacts and deals.
Even if you don't connect your own SMTP you may send emails from Onpipeline. Messages will be sent from our SMTP automatically putting you in cc. It’s not a 100% integration, but it does the job.
Most recipients will not realize the difference: If the recipient replies, the address will automatically be your own email. This feature affects all sections where it is possible to send emails, and you can still use email templates.
Note: Emails are active starting from the Standard plan.
